All our VAs sign confidentiality agreements and undergo thorough background checks. We also use secure communication channels and data storage solutions to protect your information. 

How is billing handled?

Billing is handled on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice at the end of each month detailing the services provided and the hours worked by your VA. Payment can be made through various secure methods including Square, Melio, Zelle, and bank transfer.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

We offer flexible plans to suit your needs. You can choose from monthly plans with no long-term commitment, or longer-term plans if you require ongoing assistance.

Can I change my plan if my needs change?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you find that you need more or fewer hours, simply contact us, and we will adjust your plan accordingly.

How do I communicate with my VA?

You can communicate with your VA through various channels including email, phone, video calls, and messaging apps. We aim to make communication as seamless as possible for you.

What are the working hours of my VA?

Our VAs typically work during regular business hours, but we can accommodate different time zones and schedules based on your needs. Please discuss your preferred working hours with us when you start our service.

What if I am not satisfied with my VA?‍

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your VA, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or match you with a different VA who better suits your needs.
